  • VE pro crashes several times a day

     

    This error message pops up several times a day. I have to unload my VEPro and reboot and reload just to keep working. Insert an ILOK? there's nothing to insert. What's going on here?

    Hi,

    Do you have a stable internet connection? I assume you are working with the iLok Cloud.

    Make sure your iLok Cloud session is active, it should work flawlessly like this.

    Anything else in the way that could block communication? Firewalls, AV programs?
