    In going from standard to full libraries it's necessary to surrender standard libraries.

    I surrendered licences for synchronized versions and got this message when trying to activate them in ILok while dragging them to an ilok3.

     

    One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account

    Not sure which license the message refers to.

    Can't activate 5 or 6 libraries at this point.

     

    Any insights?

    Situation Resolved. I searched my iLok and my Cloud for any lingering licenses, deactivated them, and they I was able to activate the replacement synchronized versions. Also I still maintained my vipro versions.

    The synchronized voice libraries have some nice additional features.
