    Hello all,

    Interestingly enough, the problem was that my cloud licenses which were mostly vienna instruments were not active. It was a simple fix. I ran DP10 to see if the problem existed in that daw as well as Cubase 12. Luckily, DP10 has an option to show licenses associated with a given instance and once I saw only a few library licences were showing up, the direction of problem solving was quickly resolved.

    Hopefully no one else has their cloud licenses going offline, but this can be the first place to look if you're missing libraries.

    I'm actually amazed at how well the vienna assistant software works. I was skeptical at first, but I now endorse it, lol.

    Thanks for the update! iLok takes a little time to get used to, but once you get the advantages of the iLok Cloud, it's a very flexible system!
