    Hi all

    I originally downloaded all of my Synchron libraries through the old download manager and they worked fine.  But my new Solo Stings download wouldn't show up in the VST3 plugin until I downloaded the plugin through the Vienna Assistant.

     

    The Solo Stings are now showing up (but for some reason the scale runs are missing?) but now none of my other libraries are showing.  I have the correct path in the VST database but they don't show up in the Vienna Assistant Database.

     

    And yes, it appears they are all active on my iLok cloud account, same place where my Solo Stings are.

     

    Any ideas?
