[SOLVED] more issues after purchasing new libraries for iLok - updated

Hello,

I just purchased the full library for Baritone Sax and upgraded the Tenor and Alto.  They show as installed in Vienna Assistant but in iLok they have blue flags and show as not activated. When I try to activate them I get an error message saying "One or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account." What does that mean and how to I correct it? 

 

Someone at ILIO helped me figure this out, but I can't delete this post.
