    I finally got everything up and running!  However, I was going to try some of the free instruments in Vienna Assistant but I do not see a way of downloading them.  Instead of saying "download" it says "open shop."  The Big Bang Orchestra says "download" but all others just say "open shop." how do you download free instruments? I'm particularly interested in the Harp Glissandos.

    Hi Michael, 

    You need to "purchase" these free instruments first, so that they are registered on your account.
