ARE YOU CRAZY VSL????

I am a VSL user since the very first edition. I spent days and nights for downloading files, thousands of Euro. And now... a smart guy tells me how easy it is to switch to iLok, in fact- nothing is easy, and on top- you have to download the whole content again ?!? I am outraged to the max!😠

I have neither time nor inclination for this craziness

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm sorry to see you so upset.

Yes, times are changing, but you can stick to your working environment for as long as you like (and your OS works with eLicenser).

You can make the switch to iLok anytime later on.

I have the same problem therefore all of my compositions for orchestral music will not load any VI from older projects after I switched to ilok.

 

I will need to load every instrument and all the articulations and then begin all settings in the advanced mode. 

I have many compositions that range from 3 minutes to 30 minutes in length. This will take me a year to resolve.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Will this problem be solved by VSL?

If I have already transferred to ilok can I go back to elicensor in order to open up projects for the sole purpose of gathering information, which I lost. Because VI will not load in the ilok version when using projects which were created before the switch.

You need to download and install the eLisencer version of the VI player found in MyVSL
