Hi Paul
Sorry to be such a pain in the butt, BUT...I'm still a bit unclear about the function of Vienna Assistant vs iLok Manager. iLok Manager says (at the very top) "56 licenses" but the Cloud say "47 activations." However, Vienna Assistant says I have 32 items "not installed." Why is there a discrepancy between the two? If I do reinstall of the 32 will that finally make them available in VI Pro? Also, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, do I need to uninstall the existing files when I do an installation of the "not installed" items, or will they over write? I don't want to do anything until I know the answer to that. I guess I don't understand why I need to download almost everything. Shouldn't this have been taken care of when I converted the licenses from the VI key to iLok?
Next question: I'd like to be able to use both the iLok Cloud and the iLok physical key. How do I distinguish between the two? Once I finally get things installed how do I choose whether my VI software (VI Pro, VEP, MIR, etc.) is looking for licenses in the Cloud or on the Key?
Last stupid question (for not at least). I already own MIR but I noticed that my version is not listed on the VI Software page. I only see Vienna MIR Pro 3D. Does this mean I'll need to purchase a new version of MIR?
THANK YOU for sticking with me during this!!
Mike

Hi Michael,
The Vienna Assistant takes care of all iLok installation. So if your "Not installed" tab is empty, you are good to go.
With specific questions, it makes sense to contact support@vsl.co.at, best with screenshots of the components and some information about your setup.
Best,
Paul
