can't complete the installation of MIR Roompacks in my new m1 ultra

Hello, thank you always for gorgeous Vienna products, surely including MIR PRO. 

Now I changed my pc from windows-10900k to m1 ultra, almost was very good but I couldn't complete the installaion because of the MIR roompacks failure. 

I tried to install roompacks(I have all roompacks) more than 5 times, but in Vienna Assistant as soon as the download and installaion is completed, then immediately (probably) deleted and changed into the blue-sky color(not installed), and I download again and install again...  even I changed the contect directory but nothing changed and that doesn't being solved, only roompack3 is installed well now. (but even this situation is not fixed)

I also found the wierd issue that the only the MIR Roompacks as automatically hided in the preference-database tap whenever I quit and restart Vianna assistant even I changed to unhide(now I'm attaching the screenshots)

I resistered all the Vienna licenses well into ilok cloud. 

is there no another users have same issue and no solution yet?

(Apart from that, I'm so excited the upcoming New MIR 3D!)

Thanks for posting, this is a bit unusual. 

Can you please add screenshots from the Progress View and you Vienna Assistant Preferences (Download-Only Mode should be OFF). 

You can also contact us directly via support@vsl.co.at with more screenshots. I'm sure we can fix this!

I also have issues with this since the transition from eLicenser to iLok. Been a MIR user since first launch. I haven't used MIR in a while this year but needed it today and it says that it cannot find the roompacks even though I have installed them, checked the path and that they really are there and activated licenses in iLok. I have no solution atm except using a different reverb.

Just an observation is that the MIR software isn't available for download in Vienna Assistant, only the roompacks are there, at least for me. The software is only on available on MyDownloads (eLicenser). 

Another observation is that upon restart of Vienna Assistant this very now the Roompacks changed name to Mir Pro Roompacks (legacy). Legacy wasn't there a few minutes ago.

Thanks for your message!

I'm explaining this special situation for MIR Pro right here.

In order to work with BOTH the plug-in version in your sequencer AND the version in Vienna Ensemble Pro, you will need to have both versions of the MIR RoomPacks and the MIR software installed on your computer (RoomPacks in the same folder), and you need to have both your iLok licenses and your eLicenser licenses available.

Then everything will work!

Updating to MIR Pro 3D on my Mac Studio M1 Ultra:

I had the same problem today with Synchron Stage Venue for MIR 3D. I fixed it checking "keep downloaded library data" into Vienna Assistant preferences.
