  • [SOLVED] Synchron don't save changes

I have a problem with Synchron Woodwinds. I make changes and it doesn't show or save them. For example, I create a folder under "User", and call it "ElGato Stream Deck". The folder doesn't show up in Synchron Woodwinds, but I open the Free Celestial Strings and it does show up.

Another example. I open cubase, select a "Flute" instrument track. I load the MIXERPRESETS "Classic Decca Tree". I close window. I select any other instrument track at random. And then I select the "Flute" track again. I open the Synchron window, "Classic Decca Tree" appears selected but the position of the mic faders does not correspond to the MIXERPRESET "Classic Decca Tree". It's as if it didn't save the preset change I told it to when I close the Synchron Player window, go to another Cubase track, and go back to the instrument track where I chose the preset. It's curious. I have tried with the Celestial Strings and I don't have the same problem.

Does anyone know why this happens? Excuse me for my english. Thanks.

  • I share a video so you can see the problem:

  • SOLVED:

    The mics had a pre-assigned CC. (CC46, CC47, CC 48...)

It doesn't matter if you load a MixerPresets as long as those CCs have values. In the example, the MID micro (#CC47 = 127 ) and the CLOSE micro (#CC48 = 0). When you "play" or you click other track VSTi and back to the same track one... the faders will return to the position designated by the #CC values.

As is often the case, the most complicated and inexplicable problems have easy solutions.
