Vienna Instruments Pro offers a lot of features to increase realism. Nevertheless a few easy improvements would make it even better:
1. Neighbor borrowing: More alternations increase realism dramatically. And with neighbor borrowing it can be done on existing libraries. Good for all users and good for VSL: The full VI libraries benefit more from neighbor borrowing compared to the SE versions, because they have more keys sampled. Would be a good reason to upgrade to full versions from SE.
2. Humanize: pitch and delay variations on different slots are good but additionally random velocity on different slots would be even better.
