    I have read all the forums on this issue and I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I have rescanned, but still most of the articulations in the Saxophone library are red, instead of blue, and will not play.

    Any help would be appreciated.  thanks

    Hi, 

    Please get in touch with support@vsl.co.at and include a few screenshots. If you have just made the switch to iLok, make sure that you Vienna Assistant shows an empty "Not Installed" tab. 

    Your iLok license is activated, just checked the status, so this is looking good!
