    I installed free VSL instruments on MacOS Monterey: Free BigBang Orchestra, Fujara Flute, Soft Imperial and Celestial Strings. After installation, I activated the licenses in iLock.
    I also downloaded demo versions of the projects under Presonus Studio One.F
    First, I started the standalone version of Vienna Synchron Player - it works fine.
    Then I tried to run any of the sample projects for Studio One. Unfortunately, here's the problem: Project loads but reports errors:
    VSL Helper:

    [5/8/2022 23:05:57] Could not convert data: Bad file descriptor
    [2022-05-08 23:05:57] [127.0.0.1] Communication error: Broken pipe
    [2022-05-08 23:06:29] Could not connect to VSL cloud service

    What is the reason for this?

    What am I doing wrong? How to fix it?

     Hi MC2, 

    Sorry for the immense delay. This looks like something is blocking the communication of the VSL helper with our cloud service. 

    Were you able to fix this by now?
