    What is the precise difference?

    If I already have standard and extended, does full provide even more articulations, or would I be duplicating?

    Full used to typically contain quite a bit Standard didn't. Apparently that distinction is historical now.,

    Synchron Libraries (not the BBO or the Synchron-ized which don't vary; the latter is just a basic channel and a room mix) extended contain several more microphones including Surround.
