Hi Roberto,
No, it's a separate product with a special sounddesign. Give it a try!

It is nice to have a softer piano.
The Ethereal preset is inspiring! (People should at least try that one!)
Hi
I was so impressed with the Soft imperial that I purchased the Bosendorfer Imperial.
However the tone quality is very different from the free version. I dont find the same 'woody' tone as in the Soft version.
Is there a way to reproduce the Soft Imperial sound in the Bosendorfer?
Thanks much
Anand
It's because those are different pianos. Soft imperial is derived from dry stage Vienna Imperial if I'm not mistaken.
Hi,
The free Soft Imperial is what it is, a bit of Vienna magic :-)
There's no full version available of it, but we are happy to see that you like the direction this is going!
Stay tuned for more new regarding pianos, and we'll definitely keep your input in mind for our character presets with our Synchron Pianos!
Best,
Paul
I have installed the Soft Imperial, activated it thru iLok but the VST2 didn't land anywhere. I noticed the msg when I opened the Assistant again that the VST2 is ignored if there is no folder for it to go into. Since I have no version 2, I created a folder and attemped to install again...no go. I renamed it and tried again...no go....and renamed it again, no go! What should the folder be named so that the install will recognize it and put that dll in it? I'm at a loss here! 😶
