I successfully migrated all my libraries over to iLok cloud, and they are all working, including BBO Andromeda, Dorado, and Altair. But the free BBO basics package is not working -- it does not show up in the standalone Synchron player, and in existing Logic projects it draws a big red X over the patches.
I am using the latest Synchron player (version 112), and the database shows that the path is recognized. Vienna Assistant shows the free BBO package is installed, and the path is correct. The syvolume files are present. I don't see it in my iLok cloud, but I'm guessing that's because it's a free package, so it doesn't require a license -- is that correct? I did re-download it through Vienna Assistant, and the new package has "iLok" in the directory name. My guess is that Synchron is expecting an iLok license, but not finding one.
Thanks,
