Dimension Strings - Download does not install

Doing the ilok thing and downloading all my vsl....

All working as expected, but I have the bass folder of the Dimension Strings sitting in my download folder doing nothing. It seems to be fully downloaded for 12 hours now, the basses are missing from the installed Dimension strings, so .... what to do?

Here is the txt file: Is it strange that there is a number 01 folder twice?

That sounds like a glitch. 

Can you please send some screenshots to support@vsl.co.at, so that we can take a look?
Another download attempt will most probably solve this.
