    Hello, I was using Vienna Epic Orchestra 2.0 with a dongle from Steinberg. I got an E-Mail to switch to Ilok (which I use for EastWest sounds) which I did (Ilok online, no hardware dongle).

    However on MacOs Monterey, I cannot access the Epic Orchestra library 2.0.
    It says activate to Ilok, which probably means a hardware donlgle?

    Do I have to pruchase a separate dongle (ilok 2 or 3=), which is quiet expensive, or am I doing something wrong?

    Open the iLok License Manager and find you library in the Cloud section. Right click on it and choose Activate.

    No dongle necessary

    Go to MyVSL here on this website and be sure you converted you eLicenser license to iLok

    You have first to create your Cloud Session from the File menu. I think this step is missing from the instructions, and I'm another one who didn't know what do to the first time.

    Hello,

    I am familiar with creating a cloud session in east west sounds.

    However, I couldn’t find a way to do so with vsl (I am not asked to do so).

    Ilok tells me, I have the newest version.……..

    Very good, it worked,

    I also could cancel the ilok 3 for now (I don't know, if I will need it later).
