After converting to the iLok, I have a problem with the Synchron Piano Player: Synchron Piano (Bösendorfer Upright) cannot open my user presets.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Synchron Pianos doesn't open my old presets after the switch to ilok. I get an "eLiscenser POS Error Message" that says, "File Synsoacc.bundle could not be located in the Application Support folder."
I've sent this information to VSL support, but I don't have a high expectation that this can be remedied.
God Bless,

I am also experiencing this issue. Some presets (that were saved before iLok transition) can be loaded but many of them are not loadable. When I load those presets, the UI blocks and freezes for like ~10 seconds until timeout and the error dialog appears, saying the presets cannot be loaded. I haven't seen the exact same message as you did (eLicenser POS Error Message... File Synsoacc....), but there definitely seems to be a problem in loading presets.
Hi,
If your computer is NOT connected to the internet, you'll need the eLicenser key with your licenses connected to convert your projects. Once they are saved with your iLok software, this will be fine.
If you're online, this is happening automagically.

Same problem unable to load old presets, mine or those found here, but with another message "VSLHelper stop" and software crash, stay locked 😶
Meanwhile i solved the problem within my equipment.
Unconventional but successful. I installed the Steinway on my Win 11 laptop and was able to load the old preset there. I saved the preset back to the laptop and then imported it to my DAW, which loaded it with no problem. So it seems to be a bug of the Synchro Piano Player if the old presets are not loaded, some incompatibility. So it was necessary to load again the 71 Gb of data now on my laptop.... took a while ;-)
Thank's, It's not easy, the tests must be done with different OS, Win11 is a little ahead for me . . .
