  • The online manual for VEP7 is currently next to useless as a reference

As the title says. An online manual is pretty cool if you can download the entire thing, and so far you cannot, just chapter by chapter.

So far I see no way to search the online manual, so it's useless as a reference. Nice if you want to just read the whole thing but if you're looking for something specific, and attempting to use the proper search terms because let's be honest audio software from dozens of companies all use different terms for the same item... personally I can't imagine loading each chapter one by one then attempting to find out if VEP for instance has any sort of Panic mode for incoming MIDI that can stop the note from sounding (never found this out) , well it's a total failure.

Lovely software, but this is an oversight. I'm looking at the download archives and there's the manual for VEP6, searchable as a PDF. So if there is a way to download the entire manual as one PDF, great, but not so great that it's not easy or obvious to do. If there isn't, then please hire someone versed in web design to give a search function to the online manual, and a QA person to catch things like this before they get implemented.
