    Hello,

    I have two (circa) 2010 Mac Pros and I can not get them to communicate via ethernet. On both machines  I can see the other computer's hard drive, but when I click on connect, It says connection fails. I've tried about everything from an ethernet crossover cable to USB -C 3.2. I am not using a ethernet hub, because I do not need to connect to the Web via ethernet. 

    Does anybody have suggestions? Could anybody help? I'll be setting up VEPro once I get the ethernet connection working.

    Mac Pro 6core 3.46 Ghz 32 GB Memory,  Mac Pro 12core 3.33 Ghz 64 GB Memory. Mojave 10.14.06 OS on both machines. UAD 4core effects card. VEP 7. Sequencer is Digital Performer 11. and Many plugins
