    Hello,

    I am using the Vienna Saxophones along with Dorico 3.5 and all has been working well. However, when I updated to Dorico 4 I find that I am not getting sound and that trying to open the Vienna Instruments plug in causes Dorico 4 to freeze.

    I sent the diagnostic files to Dorico who got back to me promptly and confirmed that Vienna is crashing the audio engine. They gave me an IPS file to send on to Vienna support and said that you'd know what to do with it.

    I've attached the file to this post. Can someone advise me if this is the right place to seek assistance?

    The Vienna Instruments plugin can be used without any problems with Dorico 4 here. I have forwarded your report to our developer and will get back to you by answering your e-mail-support ticket.
