    I had recently purchased Vienna Instruments Pro and Vienna Ensemble Pro.

    Ensemble Pro works fine so far with the Synchron player but Vienna Instruments does not find patches, matrixes etc. I'm using a PC Windows 10 with 10 cores, 64 GB Ram, and a fast SSD m2 for the library files. I've searched the forums and used the directory manager to solve that problem (delete all the folders and reload them via drag and drop) maybe 10 times or more. Restarted and deleted the vsldirs1.ini. Checked the firewall and the file permissions but nothing helped. 

    I'm producing licensable music for different libraries and at times I have a tight schedule, so I try to constantly improve my workflow. For that reason, I've bought these products. But so far I've spent several hours for nothing.

    Here are the specs of my setup:

    Cubase 11, Steinberg UR44C, Complete Control S61, 

    CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K, 10x 3.7 GHz, 20MB L3 Cache
    P26492 MBO: ASUS ProART Z490-Creator 10G, So. 1200, ATX
    P23358 GRA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 4GB (MSI Gaming X)
    P25866 RAM: 64GB (2x32GB Kit) DDR4-3200, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
    P22488 SSD: 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, M.2 PCIe (MZ-V7S2T0E)
    P26824 SSD: 2TB Samsung 870 QVO, SATA3 (MZ-77Q2T0BW)

    Can somebody help please?

    Welcome!

    Looks like you are simply using the wrong sample player. Your products work with our SYNCHRON PLAYER and SYNCHRON PIANOS software, available in your Software Downloads. Install these players and insert them in Cubase, and you should be ready to go

    I can see that you added VI Pro as a seprate product additionally, but it won't help with your existing products.

    Thanks Paul,

    I did not understand that VI doesn't work with my VSL libraries. The Videos suggested that it would be an enhancement for my workflow. So far I work with the Synchron player and the Art Conductor expression maps. 

    I enjoy the preserve functionality of Ensemble Pro, if I could find out how to implement VST3 plugins everything will be fine.

    Hi Rolf, 

    Unfortunately VST3 plug-ins are still not supported in VE Pro... Sorry to have no better news there. 

    VI Pro is the advanced sample player for all Vienna Instruments products...
