Voucher Redeem Issue

Hi everyone:

I just redeemed 8 vouchers (from Order-ID: 481814) on an order, includes SY woodwind and SY harp, but I wrongfully clicked PayPal as my payment method, so I used the "previous page" function on on Safari.

I found my order was gone, and all of my 8 vouchers became "already redeemed".

Could anyone help me get the vouchers back and reorder the products I needed please?

Where on the website do we keep track of our vouchers? Invoices don't show which voucher IDs have been redeemed.

currently redeemed and not yet redeemed Vouchers are not displayed somewhere - i will suggest to add a list of redeemed vouchers in MyVsl though in my opinion not yet redeemed vouchers should not be displayed to keep privacy with donated vouchers.
related to your request i can tell you that all your vouchers except the € 20 vouchers are currently unused.

I didn't know I had any € 20 vouchers. I used two € 50s on the purchase of the Harp, but didn't keep track of which ones. so it would be handy to have that info in MyVSL.
