Synchron Woodwinds and Synchron Harp for Sibelius

The latest version of the Sibelius sound set installer now includes settings for our new libraries Synchron Woodwinds and Synchron Harp.

Settings for Dorico are planned and will be released a little bit later.

Settings for SYNCHRON-ized Woodwinds have been included since the release of SYNCHRON-ized Woodwinds.

OK. I only see VE SY Winds soundset, so wasn't sure which it was for

This sound set works for both (SYNCHRON-ized Woodwinds and Synchron Woodwinds). I'll update the Sibelius Integration manual.
