Back in January I sent a message to VSL support regarding the preset tab that can be seen above an instrument in a VEP7 channel. I never saw a response from Support, so I will ask here. How is that Preset Tab used in work flow and can it somehow be tied to the Parameter or MIDI Controllers to automate preset selection. In most of my virtual instruments I have the ability to select presets via midi without the need of this feature, however Massive X from Native Instruments lacks the ability to make that connection. I am able to associate VEP7 presets with Massive X user presets and I can manually select them thus, but I keep wondering if that preset tab might be addressed through automation. Can somebody explain how that tab is used in a typical workflow? Also, can it be automated in some fashion? Thanks!
