I need help for Synchron Piano.

I'm using a synchron piano with the Noteworthy Composer 2. The problem is the following:

The pedal mark on the sheet I notated:

ped —————| ped ————| ped —|

What I hear when playing in :

ped ————————————————|

 

How do I solve this problem? All notes played are the same MIDI channel. Also, all other virtual instruments are working properly. Isn't there any way to solve it in Synchron Piano?
