MIRx presets missing

I have recently redownloaded my Teldex MIRx software.

When I try to load this up in Ensemble Pro, or Instruments Pro it does not appear.

In Ensemble Pro, its says no presets are present.

In Instruments Pro, Teledx appears in the drop-down menu, but is not selectable and there are no presets

Hi Drew,

sorry if I'm asking this seemingly silly question: Are you trying to use MIRx (i.e. the "MIR Extension") for Vienna Instruments/Pro, or are you looking for the so-called MIRx-Presets in MIR Pro? They are not the same, and they rely on different download data. So my first advice is to make sure that you downloaded and installed (!) the proper file. A re-boot after the installation might help, too. And don't forget that you need a valid, activated license on your eLicenser/Vienna Key. BTW: In this context it is always a good idea to update the eLicenser's Data Base.

If nothing helps, please get in contact with support@vsl.co.at, supplying as many system details as possible. VSL's support team should be able to sort out the issue swiftly then.

A restart did yield them in Instruments Pro, but not in Ensemble Pro.

Sorry, but I still don't understand. How would you be able to use MIRx with Vienna Ensemble Pro? Like I wrote above, MIRx is an extension for Vienna Instruments and Vienna Instruments Pro only. I don't even understand how you get that error message. For further investigation, would you please supply a screen-shot, and the basic system parameters (like OS etc.)?

This is the screenshot from Ensemble Pro, showing the icon for MIRx and the pop-up dialogue box.

That's the dialog for recalling MIRx Presets within MIR Pro. Like mentioned above it has nothing to do with the actual MIRx  product which is for Vienna Instruments only.
