The other interesting thing is how all the electronic instruments are played in real time each by a separate musician - quite different from mixing MIDI with orchestra - and it makes for a more organic sound from those instruments which included two theremins, electric violin, electric bass, electric organ. The rest of the orchestra was multiple harps and pianos, percussion and brass - no strings or woodwinds.
