Hi,
In a room far away on the other side of the building, someone is going on with the first rehearsal of a sextet I know very well… Maybe they are the Synchronized Quartet (+additionals) with their new expressive bowing maps?

I've finally completed my presets and expression maps for the Synchronized Solo Strings, and could try the library on a (absolutely Viennese) piece. Since I was there, why not comparing the refreshed library with the old VI one?
The piece is just the score in Dorico, with only a minimum of tempo changes, and nearly no CC editing at all. It is as raw as you can guess. So, please don't judge the mockup quality.
The Synchronized version is the instruments as they come out of the box. I only had to change the pan of the violas a little, since I only have one of them.
The VI version is processed in MIR PRO, with the Synchron Stage Wide room. I set the instruments in front and around the main mics, as in the standard sextet setup.
The two mixes are therefore not the same. But I'm confident the base differences in the sound character of the two versions of the library can come out.

I'll replace them as soon as I've worked more on them.
