    Hello,

    I am aware of Max Voices / Mix and Max Voices / Key and setting those quite low (8 and 4, respectively) does not solve my problem

    In my setup I am using multiple instances of Synchron Pianos VST player in Reaper. Oftentimes, when multiple instances hold a dense cluster with the pedal (300+ voices), I get a dropout when releasing the pedal simultaneously for all the instances, since the number of voices momentarily doubles (due to release samples).

    Is it possible to limit the overall number of voices, so that release samples are dropped (if needed) for dense textures?

    As and alternative I can turn off release samples, but it would be nice to have those at least part of the time (for thinner textures).
