I own Synchron Strings 1 Full and Synchron Strings Pro Standard.
Two questions:
1 - I want to upgrade from "Synchron Strings Pro Standard" to "Synchron Strings Pro Full". How do I do that?
2 - I bought some vouchers a while ago. Where can I see where they are and how much is left?

1. https://www.vsl.co.at/en/Synchron_Package/Synchron_Strings_Pro. You should see, "Your Price" for the upgrade as you already have the standard version.
2. You can find your voucher codes in "My VSL/My orders". You will have to view subsequent orders to see which vouchers you have already used.
