    Hey Vsl Team, 

    How you doing 

    I've tried to reach out to VSL by email regarding my flautando string patch problem 

    but somehow I'm not getting any response for almost 3 weeks 

    they might think my email is a spam because I've sent another email regarding other matter and it stats " Spam" on the title 

    could you please look into it for me. thanks for the help !
