    Hi,

    I had reload and install all the files for dimensions strings 1, update and Synchon-ized patch

    I can see the preset in Synchron but the keyboard is black and when I press a key, a Red Cross appear in the "player cell "

    Everything is Ok in VI pro

    any idea? I an a bit lost....

    Hello Christophe, 

    Are you sure that you installed the data after you downloaded it?

    If you see *.x and *.y files => those are the installation files. 

    Open your Download Manager and click INSTALL to finish the installation (which will create *.vsynvolume files).
