    This is probably a stupid question but I can't find a solution. I would like to create a CC automation from Cubase11Pro for the master bus in an instance in my VEPro7 project. I set up a midi track, routed it to VE and in the midi automation linked the midi info to the Volume of the master track yet it doesn't respond to the midi signals I set. Either as CC7 info in the editor window on the track or as automation on the track itself (Volume). It works everywhere else, is it possible that it can't be done on the master bus? Then why the choice in the list?

    Well, it works here so the feature is not broken per se. I didn't expect it to necessarily work with no MIDI port or channel indication, but here is Cubase 11 from a CC lane in Key Editor communicating with the master bus fader in VEP 7, assigned @ Port 1/Ch. 1.
