I've installed all the things, and yet in the Sibelius Playback Devices dialogue there are no soundsets available to me. How do I get soundsets?
I am so sick of all the Sibelius problems. I am so sick of waiting for you to work with Dorico. I don't want to spend my time like this, struggling with broken, doomed software. If you're not going to work with Dorico I'll move on from you.

As you know, the Sibelius Playback Devices page has a list of available devices at the left and a list of active devices at the right.
To see our devices like Vienna Ensemble (Pro) in the available devices list, the software needs to be installed. On Windows computers it may be necessary to assign the path where the VST-plugins have been installed in the Audio Engine Options menu. Our latest software versions can be found here:

In the active devices list at the right, it is possible to activate sound sets. To see our sound sets, you need to run the VSL Soundset Installer first.

We are already working together with the Dorico team and have released Expression Maps and Playback Templates for our SYNCHRON-ized Special Editions.

Yes, just going back to Active and clicking on the Soundset column jarred something loose, and then the soundset list appeared. Sorry I got crabby, it was a long week in America. Turned out mostly okay. Huge relief to know you're working with the Dorico team.
