[SOLVED] all samples cannot be load on factory preset

Hello

I got synchron strings pro and installed with right data path but when i double click the factory

preset , only program will be load but no samlps.

Only user presets samples can be load.

Is anyone has the same problem ?

Did you check the settings in your "Engine Settings"? Here, you can define how sample loading works on your computer.
