This year's Schönbrunn open air concert was a very different scene owing to tight pandemic restrictions. Nevertheless, the video shows that Wiener Phil. was passionately engaged in the program and their performance was as enchanting and inspirational as ever. This year's theme was LOVE, and so of course who better to conduct than the Maestro of Romance, Valery Gergiev.
