Synchron string portamento update ?

I’m pretty new to VSL

And recentlyI bought the synchron string 1, really loves it 

Also the synchron player , whoever design that ,needs to go work for NASA or Google . Simply brilliant 

however, the lack of portamento did take away the key emotional string part away from this library 

Which is kind of a big deal for a string library records in a cinematic scoring room for cinematic composing

purpose .

i am currently layering/fading them with legato portamento from SE 1 string , it works alright 

however I do know that it’ll sound much better If the portamento was record in the actual room . 

so I guess if anyone knows any update coming ? Or any insider ?  :) 

besides this, I’m really happy with everything . So Good job VSL thank you 🙏

There's no portamento patch in Synchron Strings. There's a 'Slur' patch which is anything but slurred notes. It rather sounds like sort of slight portamento. As it can't be used for slurred lines, you can use it for a slight portamento.
