    I updated all of the software, from Download Manager to ELicenser to the two updates for VI Pro. The product downloaded, then entered into my Vienna Key, yet does not open in my Libraries in my VI Pro. Please advise as soon as possible! I am running Windows 10.

    Hi Ian,

    3 things to check:

    1) Is your license showing up in the eLicenser Control Center?

    2) Is the Konzerthaus Organ folder listed in your Directory Manager?

    3) Does your sample content folder contain *.dat files (NOT *.cab files)?

    If you find cab files, you still need to run through the installation process (click INSTALL in your Download Manager).

    Paul,

     ...the Konzerthaus Organ appears in the eLicenser control center, not in the Directory Manager, with folders in .cab format (the .cab format does not extract with Windows 10). Please advise as soon as possible. I will re-install as soon as possible.

    I deleted the (.cab format files) Folder of the Konzerthaus Organ from my Downloads folder, re-downloaded the Konzerthaus Organ, then Installed (.dat format files), the Konzerthaus Organ appears, then opens, in my VI Pro libraries. Thank you.
