I've just studied the Vienna Key FAQ and I can't quite believe what I've read.
My key is out of the 2-year warranty and I do not have a Vienna Protection plan. I understand that should the key go bad, each replacement licence will cost 20 euro. I have 37 licences on my key so I would have to pay 740 euro to have them replaced! This seems a little unfair as the licences are already paid for. Surely, if a key goes bad, all we need is a new physical key onto which we can download our licences. Paying for a new physical replacement key is fair, but to pay again for software licences seems like sharp practice.
Perhaps my understanding is incorrect?
