    I hadn't used this library in awhile.  But now when I use it, there's some very high pitched artifacts.   the synchron player continues to produce these  sounds after I let up on the note and the meter in synchron player shows that it's producing the sound.  They sound like random overtones, or sine waves at different pitches of the overtone series.

    Hi,

    This sounds very strange. The first thing I'd do is actually reinstall, if that's a possibility for you.

    If you want to try, you can also copy your data to another SSD and see if that helps (you can re-assign the data in SY Player Preferences => Database).
