Boesendorfer Piano not loading, doesn't show up in Synchron Player

[Logic Pro X no longer loading Vienna Synchron Player]

Not sure whether anyone else has run into this, but after downloading the 30 day trial of Boesendorfer Imperial via the Vienna download manager, it's not showing up anywhere in the Synchron Player.  I already emptied my Cache folder and restarted my Mac.  Thank you in advance for any help with this.

Hi,

Please download and install the Synchron PIANO Player from the download section of MyVSL.
Our Synchron Pianos got their own player and do not run in the Synchron Player.
