    Hi to the forum,

     

    I'm not sure what is going on. I downloaded the latest piano updates for the borsendorfer, and now no samples are loading at all.

    I checked my licenses on my e-licencer, and they are still there, so that mustn't be  a problem

     

    I finished the installing today, from what I remember, and now there are, as I said, nothing loading, even though when I press on the patch name, and it comes up, nothing happens. I've attached a snap shot of the folder.

    I also found that my Dimension strings violins and basses was on the wrong drive, and not on the SSD drive. I must have missed somehow that if didn't go onto my SSD. However, I'm just copying the files over to my ssd now. I'm hoping that when I load the presets the player will find those.

     

    Not sure what to do.

    I've decided to reinstall. I hope this works!

    Not sure if I should have deleted the previous files though. I think I have really messed this up badly in trying to fix this
