    I recently purchased the new BBO brass libraries, but the installer keeps crashing when I try and install them

    I'm on the latest download manager version, Mac OS 10.13.6 - any ideas?

    Hi, 

    Sorry about the troubles...

    Do you have enough space on your destination drive? How are they formated?

    Stupid, but often helps: Did you try after a restart?

    If that doesn't help: Can you please send the crash report to support@vsl.co.at? We will take a look.

    Thanks, I got it working by installing one, quitting, and then installing the next. Seems to be having trouble when installs are queued. 

    Still plenty of space on the SSD, APFS format.
