    Hi,

    I have only two VSL instruments: the free Big Bang Orchestra and the Bosendorfer Imperial piano, which I bought two days ago.
    However, I do not find this new instrument in the Synchron player.

    Hello Knomes,

    Our Synchron Pianos are all powered by the dedicated Synchron Pianos Player. Please find the latest installer in your MyVSL account here: https://www.vsl.co.at/MyDownloads/Software_Installers

    Make sure to connect your samples with the sample player inside the 'Database' settings.

    Now it works! I didn't know I'd need another software specific to the pianos.
