    Greetings,

    I have just purchased a piano library from VSL. I had some questions and clicked on the chat window on the VSL site. First, I was pleasantly surprised that there was actually someone there. Then, the quality of the service during the session was first rate.

    I'd like to take my hat off to Marnix for the excellent service.

    But be careful with the Robot Arnold. I tried it only one time & asked: "Hey Arni, when will the Synchron Brass 1 be released?"

    He answered: "I don't understand".

    Too bad.
