How does the Synchron-ized Woodwinds compare to the Synchron-ized Special Edition Woodwinds?

I have the Synchron-ized Special Edition Woodwinds, and I’m really impressed with it, and I’m eyeing the Synchron-ized Woodwinds. Considering that the Special Edition has the main articulations that I use, what kind of improvements will I see from upgrading?

Here is an incomplete list:

- vibrato control via cross-fade to non-vibrato articulations
- half-tone sampling
- more velocity layers and repetitions
- more articulations and playing styles not incldued in the Special Editions
