    Hello all,, I need to update my Synchron pianos and VEP7. What is the best way to do this? Do I need to uninstall the old files and apps first and then download and install all the new stuff? When you uninstall do you just delete the library material or is there other stuff behind the scenes that needs to be uninstalled as well? Thanks, Mike Coyle

    Hi Mike,

    Don't uninstall anything, simply download and install the new version / the library update (https://www.vsl.co.at/MyDownloads/SY_Library_Updates).
    Our software is designed to handle the update by itself.
