1. Vienna recommends assigning a single Synchron Player for each instrument. I have been assigning each Synchron Player to a specific Finale Bank (e.g., Bank 1, Bank 2 , etc) I do not know what to do when I need more than 8 Synchron Players. Any recommendations would be much appreciated
2. When using Finale to enter a chord for an individual instrument (e.g., cellos), some notes obscure others to the point where they cannot be properly heard. Is there a way to set individual note volume / velocity levels on the Synchron Player.
Also, Finale uses Layers when entering notes with different durations for a single instrument Some Synchron instrument notes play too loud for the other notes to be heard. I have tried setting Finale Midi Tool > Velocities for each note (successfully). However it seems the Synchrom sample velocities are overriding the settings, and so the playback is unsatisfactory. Does anyone have another solution
My Apologies ... Question 2 Was Asked In Error ... I was experimenting with String Orchestra Multi Convolution and Flat Stereo using individual staves for the different strings. This is wrong. I should have been using a Grand Staff. Having made the correction, everything works perfectly, and the relative volumes sound excellent
WHY WOULD ANYONE QUESTION A GREAT PRODUCT LIKE SYNCHRON PLAYER
